【What is a Fast Pass?】
By selecting your visit time in advance and purchasing, you can go to the front of the line for that time slot!
Same-day purchases are also available!
*This is not a seat reservation. During peak times, there may still be a short wait. Thank you for your understanding.
For now, Fast Pass will be available only for entry between 11:00 and 12:30 as a trial.
Regular in-store lines will still be available as usual, so please choose based on your preference.
Fast Pass Rules
● Up to 2 people per purchase.
● Children must order one full bowl of ramen to be eligible.
● Please arrive by your selected time.
*This is not a seat reservation. During peak times, there may still be a short wait.
● If you arrive late, your wait time may increase. Please try to arrive a few minutes before your selected time.
● If you are more than 15 minutes late, your reservation will be automatically canceled.
You will need to line up at the end of the regular line, so please avoid being late.
*No refunds will be given for cancellations.
*Even with a Fast Pass, we cannot guarantee availability of all menu items.
If you have a specific menu item in mind, we recommend selecting an earlier time slot.
On the Day of Use
● Payment is cash only.
● Please refrain from phone calls inside the store.
● We do not offer extra-large portions.
● We do not accommodate customizations such as strong/weak flavor, extra oil, or firm noodles.
Changes to Date/Time or Number of People After Purchase
We cannot accept any changes to the date/time or number of people after purchase for any reason.
Please confirm all details before finalizing your purchase.
If you need to change the date/time or number of people, please cancel and repurchase.
*No refunds will be issued for cancellations.
