●We do not have affiliated parking lots. Please use paid parking lots near the station.

<<Changes to reservation date, time, or number of people>>
We cannot accept changes to the number of people or date and time after a reservation has been made, for any reason. Please be sure to check before confirming your reservation.
If there is a change in the date, time, or number of people, we apologize for the inconvenience, but please cancel and make a new reservation.
※There are no refunds for fees.

When you arrive, please speak to a member of staff without waiting in line.
Even if you arrive before your reservation time, we may be able to seat you, so please speak to us as soon as you arrive.
Also, if reservations are made for multiple groups, please note that we will not be able to seat everyone together.

Furthermore, if you do not arrive by your reservation time, we may refuse to seat you.

Please pay for your meal on the day in addition to the FastPass fee of 1,000 yen per person.
There is a field for requests in the system, but please note that we may not be able to confirm your requests even if you fill them out.
Please ask a member of staff directly when you visit the store.
